The website development has been going faster than expected, with very few problem encountered!
 
Users with the right permissions can now add audio which plays in a sexy looking flash player.
 
There's a events listings & a calendar, and you can select a venue to reference the event too, which means it gets displayed on the venue's page. You can also reference users who are authorised to upload audio, their latest audio will get displayed on the events page, this isn't working yet though but should be very soon.

Hello and welcome to uOxford.com!

Welcome back for the few of you who may remember a couple of years ago when there was a previous incarnation of the site online. It didn't last long, and the main reason was that it was simple too difficult and time consuming to achieve what the website was meant to do... which is:

- Providing a place for the people of Oxford to converse and communicate
- Allow anyone to upload their musical creations, anything from a beat to a mix should be welcome. Read more >>
